  2. Selecting First Caps, under the Type menu, helps you to enter records faster.  First Caps capitalizes the leading letter of each word as you enter it.  This eliminates the need for using the shift key.

  4. ALL CAPS is a display feature which displays and prints records in all uppercase letters.  Selecting ALL CAPS does not alter the record in your list.
